Update v1.1.2

Happy new year! This update is likely the final touch to Flap-tastrophe, as the game now feels complete in every aspect. Here's what's new:

• Death Animation: I've added a death animation for a more visually engaging experience when you meet your untimely demise in-game.
• Optimized Code Structure: To create a smoother, more stable gameplay exerpience I've fine tuned the resource usage by eliminating redundant object creation.
